The data offers reason for hope amongst urban core dwellers who hear gunfire nightly . . .

"There have been fewer drive-by shootings so far this year — by about 5%. As of April 27, 2022, there have been 131 compared to 138 during the same time last year."

However it's worth noting . . . 

It has been EXCEPTIONALLY cold so far this year . . . Will Kansas City suffer more gunfire now that Spring has sprung???
