Marrying a broad menu that highlights chicken with the growing popularity of pickleball, Chicken N Pickle has reimagined its design and plans to open the first prototype later this year, executives said. The Kansas City, Mo.-based company has six units in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas and plans to open three more this year, according to Bill Crooks, Chicken N Pickle's chief experience officer.
