Jackson County Property Tax Crisis Redux Before Election?!?!

Our blog community can't emphasize this enough . . . 

THE ONLY DEBATE THAT MATTERS IN UPCOMING JACKSON COUNTY ELECTIONS IS OVER PROPERTY TAXES WHICH THREATEN TO RISE AGAIN AMID THE PREZ BIDEN RECESSION!!!

Everything else is just idle conversation . . . Voters deserve to know how elected officials plan to approach a threatened property tax increase  . . . Again, that's the ONLY question that matter for anybody who wants to occupy space at the courthouse. 

Right now . . .

Most of the incumbents are ducking this issue BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO MUCH to save homeowners from a great deal of pain caused by recent spikes. 

Even worse . . .

Most candidates haven't addressed this issue and seem to be running on their personality instead of considering the primary reason for the existence of county government.

Accordingly . . .

"Look into Jackson County's late fee policy for property declaration and how they are handling things. It is a sh*t show and a scam. Jackson County sent un-certified mini postcards in the mail to residents way back and they cannot file their property declaration online without the code on these scraps of paper that look like junk mail. If they do not file by TODAY they are hit with outrageous late fees. Getting a hold of someone at Jackson County via phone or email to obtain this information is impossible . . ."
