Jess Blubaugh started her campaign this week . . .
“I am excited to launch my campaign for City Council of KCMO, 4th District At-Large. Our campaign is about making sure Kansas City continues to grow in a direction that benefits all of our neighbors. Join us for a kick off event at 5:30 tonight at Boulevard Brewing’s Rec Deck.”
She’ll be running against Justin Short. They are both openly LGBTQ+ candidates as well.
