Kansas City 2022 Homicide #29: Historic Murder Spike Persists

Something to consider for late night readers . . .

AFTER THE LATEST KCMO HOMICIDE, THE MURDER COUNT CONTINUES TO KEEP PLACE WITH RECORD BREAKING NUMBERS OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS!!!

Last year the murder count was 29 at this date on the calendar. 2021 was the 2nd highest year for KC homicides.

More importantly . . .

In 2020, the murder count was also 29 at this point in the year . . . During that fateful year KCMO suffered the worst year for homicides in the history of this cowtown.

Tragically . . . We continue to keep pace with those numbers as city hall preps to fight KCPD over the police budget.

Accordingly . . .

Here's tonight's report . . .
