We're not sure exactly what she means but we're pretty confident the only way to prevent the "red wave" in Kansas is to start locking down the GOP or possibly shipping them to Ukraine to fight WWIII.

TOPEKA, Kan. - Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment say, as of Thursday, the state is moving into the next phase of its pandemic response: endemic normalcy. The KDHE will make changes to continue the transition from emergency response to "new normal" starting on April 1, which will include life with COVID-19.
Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly says Kansas won't enforce a federal mandate that nursing home workers get vaccinated against COVID-19. She acknowledged Wednesday that the mandate conflicts with a state law she signed four months ago. Kelly's move won't allow nursing home employees to avoid the vaccination mandate.
