According to Variety, “Kansas City” has been reimagined as “Tulsa King.” Stallone is no longer Sal, but instead Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a mob boss released from prison after 25 years and “unceremoniously exiled by his boss to set up shop in Tulsa, Okla.”
