Activist Justice Horn Promises To End Cash Bail If Elected To Jackson County Legislature

I'm not 100% sure how much say the Legislature has over this issue HOWEVER what's more important right now is this bold statement from the activist leader . . .

Here's the word . . .

"If elected, I will introduce legislation that will ABOLISH cash bail in Jackson County, Missouri.

I am a man of my word and I committed to this at a public safety community forum with @kcbailfund a month ago. Jackson County must be a place for justice, not oppression."
