This hapless little town that can't seem to figure out what to do with a big chunk of horribly developed land is now taking precautions against the current pandemic.
Here's a dress code update . . .
Beginning Tuesday, people are required to wear face masks in indoor public spaces in the city. It does not apply to churches.

The mandate will be in effect until 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 23.
