For The Kansas City Star, it's been a hiccuping start to 2022. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 3, 4 and 5, I didn't get my New York Times, which, like the Wall Street Journal and some other papers, is delivered by contractors who deliver The Star.
