Kansas City Shooting Aftermath Exposes Jackson County FAIL

A very special thanks to the KICK-ASS INSIDERS who read this blog and help us to offer our readers a better perspective on local crime and the political implications.

To wit . . .

AFTER A RECENT SHOOTING, INSIDERS CALL OUT JACKSON COUNTY OFFICIALS AND THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY THE LET THE SUSPECT LOOSE ON LOCAL STREETS!!!

Here are the essential deets . . .

Lack of Accountability

Well, it would seem yet again that the individual involved in todays shooting with the fugitive task force, should not have been out on the streets.  Yep!  You guessed it.  Thanks to a JACKSON COUNTY Judge and Mean Jean’s office.

In 2017, THE SUSPECT was charged for a shooting and felony resisting arrest.  Thanks to a plea agreement, he initially only served 120 days before being released to probation.

Fast forward to 2019, he pleaded guilty in federal court to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. He had been sentenced to 30 months in prison.

After his release, he again violated his supervision and went back into custody.  He was then released by a JACO judge without having to post a bond.  Simply letting him out with the hope that he’ll show up for his next court date.  That worked out didn’t it.  Nope.  He again failed to appear in July 2021.

Clearly, for many years he’s been a danger to the public.  The feds did their part and were trying to take him off the streets again today.  Jackson County, what do you have to say?
