Re-posting this because I think it's important for readers to know the disposition of this blog. For a hot minute we thought a KICK-ASS INSIDER was talking about Council Dude Kevin McManus and it turns out this tidbit is in reference to Council Dude Kevin O'Neill . . . It's an honest mistake inasmuch as I'm honestly trying to play video games and write this blog at the same time. Special thanks to the other council dude Kevin for his gentle correction which TKC didn't deserve given that this blog community can be unnecessarily snarky sometimes.

Nevertheless . . . 

COUNCIL DUDE KEVIN O'NEILL SPARKS QUESTIONS WITH HIS VOTES TODAY FROM HAWAII!!!

This story isn't nearly as fun given that most old dudes phone in their work in one form or another.

Nevertheless, here's an apt question . . .

"Does the city charter let us call in to vote (and make the vote count) when we're on vacation in Hawaii? Kevin is in Hawaii and calling in to Transportation, Infrastructure and Operations Committee."

We don't have a definitive answer right now but what we can report is that city hall lawyers have been asked to investigate the matter.
