The Kansas City Chiefs can still get the top seed in the AFC playoff bracket, but it's going to require a little help from the Tennessee Titans. The pathway to a playoff bye week is tough, but relatively simple. The Chiefs looked like major long shots to take the top seed at the halfway point of the season.

While Denver was eliminated from postseason contention on Sunday, the game has significant value for the Chiefs.
