Kansas City Promises To Curb Metal Plates . . . Again

A constant refrain from city hall starts at the outset of Winter . . .

This promise was also put forth last year and yet we've seen more metal plates on local streets than any time in recent memory . . .

Nevertheless, here's the word from Mayor Q . . .

"Every few years metal plates like to pop back up. With Council action last week, we’ve limited how long they can be used, where they can be used, and increased enforcement against. As you’ve seen with resurfacing around town and now this, we are committed to better roads in KC!"
