After affordable Volker apartments sold, residents frustrated to hear they have to leave

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Tenants at a few Volker neighborhood apartments will soon have to find a new place to live. Those living at Muehlebach Apartments, located on 41st Street, and Bakers Corner Apartments, located on 39th Street, recently found out they have a new landlord. Now renovations will force them out.


Mixed-use development at 63rd and Prospect moves forward

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Plans to develop vacant land at 63rd and Prospect are moving closer to reality. Developer Urban America envisions converting 25 acres of vacant land into a mixed-use development that would consist of six phases and take a total of eight years to complete.


Leawood to review massive mixed use development near State Line Road
