Kansas City 2021 Homicide #144: Hickman Mills Murder

The level of killing continues to rise as we approach that "dark winter" Prez Biden promised us all.

Here's one of two murders reported just this morning and one of three KCMO murders in the past 24 hours. 

Again, unofficially, this is 2021 homicide #144 compared to 171 this time last year, 141 the year before that and 138 total in 2018.

Homicide 11612 Hickman Mills

This morning around 2:30 AM, officers were dispatched to a shooting at 11612 Hickman Mills. Upon arrival they found an adult male In the parking lot who had been shot and was unresponsive. EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased. There’s no suspect information at this time time

Detectives and crime scene personnel have responded to the scene and are actively canvassing for witnesses and processing the scene.
