Despite how we might feel about the nasty politics and skewed world view of crusty old dude accused of gunning down a lawyer . . . The Constitution grants EVERYONE a speedy trial as part of our God given rights.
That's not happening for this old school dude rotting away for years in Jackson County's dungeon.

"The first-degree murder trial of defendant David Jungerman has been continued until Sept. 22, 2022."
That not-so-fun-fact is courtesy of Jimmy C who has been offering mostly biased coverage of the alleged right-wing-vs-Brookside-lib trial that hasn't garnered any sympathy OR concern from our progressive friends who should be worried about human rights abuses no matter what side of the political spectrum they fall.
