Tyrann Mathieu Cancels Kansas City Mayor's Christmas Tree Apperance

The formerly beloved baller probably has legit scheduling conflicts. 

However, there's also a good chance that many Kansas City Chiefs fans don't forget that he called them "toxic" back when the team was down on it's luck a few weeks ago.

Tyrann Mathieu will no longer attend the annual Crown Center Christmas Tree lighting as Mayor Quinton Lucas’ special guest.

The Chiefs player canceled his appearance due to schedule changes, Kristi Ernsting, a spokeswoman for the event, said Wednesday.
