It seems that governmental oversight into local aviation matters along with correspondence directed to federal authorities has sparked "concern" at 12th & Oak.

THIS WEEK CITY HALL WORKED DESPERATELY TO SPRUCE UP BIDDING PROTOCOLS AND GIVE THE APPEARANCE OF PROFESSIONALISM FOR A PROCESS THAT EVEN MAINSTREAM JOURNALISTS HAVE CALLED "SECRETIVE" AND EVERYBODY  ELSE LABELS AS CORRUPT!!!

All of the "work" amounted to nothing more than paper shuffling, panicked phone calls and e-mails.

Meanwhile, complaints about new KCI continue to mount as the money grab persists and the hype for a 'world-class' facility meets with growing cynicism form locals who have watched the construction process turn into a disconcerting feeding frenzy.
