A plan to offer local homeless shelter in the urban core continues to confront growing resistance behind the scenes and the data backs up those concerns.

Neighborhood leaders are gathering info to fact check city hall on homeless shelter/housing/camp impact. 

So far Mayor Q has made an emotional plea about the safety of the less fortunate . . . Meanwhile, it's fair to ask neighborhood stakeholders if they're willing to shoulder the burden of homeless rescue efforts.

Not-so-fun fact . . .

Insiders warn that new homeless shelters/housing/camps have been DOCUMENTED in lowering property values anywhere from 12.5 to 20 percent.
