KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One person is in critical condition following a shooting at the 10200 block of Belmont Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. Kansas City, Missouri, police said they were called to the scene around 10:15 a.m. When they arrived, they found a victim with life-threatening injuries on a driveway.
