Here's the FIRST WORD from an insider . . .

"Did you know that the airport only has enough drivers to run three busses to parking at any one time?  That is what bus drivers and dispatchers told me. They even asked me to escalate the issue to their boss. Someone in management needs to be fired. For goodness sake, get some city bus drivers and put them on this route or hold a career fair. Or get some of those "can’t check the box" guys to drive.

"If you think a bus can very uncomfortably hold 20 people plus luggage and a round trip is 45 minutes, it’s not unreasonable to think the least lucky here will spend almost 2 hours getting to their car in the parking lot. "
