KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- It's been one year since the first medical marijuana dispensary, Fresh Green Dispensary, opened in the metro. The owners of Fresh Green Dispensary, Bianca and Rob Sullivan, are pleased with business and sales in the past year.
