Kansas City Announces New Civil Rights & Equal Opportunity Department

Actually, it's a name change but still something worth pondering whilst waiting on the 311 help line for half of the day.

Here's the formal declaration concerning one of many place at 12th & Oak wherein employees earn middle-class salaries for mostly b.s. jobs . . .

"City Manager Brian Platt announced Tuesday that the Human Relations Department now will be called the Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity Department under the direction of Andrea Dorch."
