KCKPD investigating homicide on Thompson St.
Kansas City, KS police are investigating a death on Thompson St. as a homicide.Officers say they received a call about shots fired on Thompson St. near 40th Ave. at around midnight Monday morning. When they arrived on scene, they found a man with a gunshot wound in a home.

KANSAS CITY, KS (KCTV) -- Police are investigating after a man was found shot and killed inside a home Monday morning in Kansas City, KS. Officers responded around midnight to a home on South Thompson Street near West 40th Avenue in reference to a call of shots fired.
