KANSAS CITY, MO. - Police in Lee's Summit, Missouri are investigating a late night homicide. Just before 9:30 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to the 2200 block of SW BurningWood Drive on the report of a disturbance. When they arrived they found a man shot in the driveway.

LEE'S SUMMIT, MO (KCTV) -- A man was shot and killed in a Lee's Summit subdivision on Sunday night, with another man being taken into custody shortly afterward. Police responded at 9:20 p.m. to Southwest BurningWood Drive, just north of Eagle View Drive on a call of a disturbance.
