Kansas City Streetcar Must Prep For Global Climate Change Flooding!!!

From a KICK-AS DENIZEN of our blog community . . .

Forgive the click bait title . . . Global climate change or not . . . Midtown streets often flood and we're not convinced that Kansas City's favorite form of transit can avoid high tide that seems to be trending.

Here's the word . . .

"After seeing the scenes of major flooding on mass transit in New York, I wonder how the toy train will deal with the eventual flooding we’ll get in Kansas City because of the climate change weather changing so drastically now and in future years. Will it come to a grinding halt when the streets are flooded and the overhead electrical wires are out of power while the buses are running and getting people out of harms way?"

You decide . . .
