Apparently this is what's hot in the streets . . .
Sharing health deets with strangers in hopes of garnering acceptance and, hopefully, backdoor pleasures.
And so . . .
Asking/demanding/mandating health information no longer comes with a social stigma and street level players who seek (somewhat) immediate gratification can roll the dice and engage quasi-public disease screening whilst risking either a night of (hopefully) consequence free headboard banging OR suffer EPIC bad news with drinks on tap nearby.
Here's a glimpse at high risk Kansas City club life and health leaders adapting to our new nihilistic social media age:
"The community outreach program is an important part of detecting STIs and preventing their spread. As part of this program, KC Care clinicians bring HIV and hepatitis C testing materials to public libraries and LGBTQ bars like Missie B’s and Woody’s. Patients receive results for these two tests in less than an hour."
On the bright side, that hour-long conversation is probably a bigger investment and a more personal exchange than most hookup apps will supply.

And all of this inspires our playlist on the topic of hookups and all of the risks that come with life and love.
An all-time favorite hookup song from a very sad Irishman . . .
A millennial classic . . .
An emotional 80s hookup ballad . . .
Maybe our favorite tune about the emptiness of drugs & sex . . .
An American classic dedicated to the fleeting bliss of love . . .
As always, thanks for reading this week and have a safe and fun Saturday night.
