The City Council in Prairie Village, Kansas, voted to create a city indoor mask rule at Monday night's meeting, but with some exceptions.Local businesses can opt-out of the mandate if they require customers to provide proof of vaccination. That measure passed 10-1. The new mandate is set to begin on Aug.
