Star Seyz New KCI Kills Planet?!? Now They're Recycling Clay Chastain's Idea!!!

If readers hang around in Kansas City long enough, there's bound to be some laughs. 

Accordingly . . .

Here at www.TonysKansasCity.com we share this passage from a recent Sunday newspaper editorial . .. 

"They say now is the time for the city to deploy light rail to the airport. Transit hubs downtown and in Johnson County could be built where air travelers park and clear Transportation Security Administration security. They then would board light rail to be whisked to KCI, putting some glamour and serenity back into flying."

That's nice.

The only problem . . .

ACTIVIST CLAY CHASTAIN HAS BEEN TALKING ABOUT LIGHT RAIL GREEN TRANSIT TO THE AIRPORT FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS!!!

The marketplace of ideas has now come full circle and we shouldn't forget that newspaper columnists & pundits derided the constant petitioner for his plan that includes THIS VERY SAME PROPOSAL.

In fact, Mr. Chastain fought city hall bitterly to get consideration for his light rail plan that did, in fact, include light rail to the airport and a citywide system.

Per ushe, this pioneer wont' get credit but we think it's important that locals know  . . . CITIZEN INITIATIVE PETITIONS put this exact same proposal forward more than a DECADE AGO.

And now that progressive climate experts tell us the world is going to end in less than 12 years . . . Local mainstream media is finally on board.
