New KCI is a sordid hot mess that seems sketchy at best . . .

Irony to start Monday . . . The report is behind the paywall and pretty much useless to the plebs; thereby making the dead-tree accusation mostly meaningless.
We're sure the TV stations pay for the cheapest subscriber rate and will dutifully blog the story later in the day.

Opponents of the airport predicted type of funny biz YEARS AGO and so the petty deets might be interesting but not exactly surprising.
