Most Doctors Agree: Kansas City Improv Comedy Is Worse Than COVID

There's something horribly wrong about pandemic public health messaging in hopes of encouraging more people to take the COVID vaccine. Newbie activists seem to be having the exact OPPOSITE effect.

For instance . . .

A Kansas City improv group now requires members of the audience to show proof of vaccination. Thereby offering a risky, yet totally viable, exit strategy to avoid enduring a night of amateur local comedy.

More to the point . . .

IF REFUSING COVID VAXX GETS KANSAS CITY OUT OF WATCHING IMPROV THAN MOST WOULD GLADLY RISK PLAGUE!!!

In case we're not being clear . . .

The lengths that people will go to in order to avoid improv comedy are very much akin to small animals gnawing off their arm in order to get out of a trap.

Confronting a bout with COVID and possibly clinging to life on a ventilator to avoid improv is a tough choice that would reveal some surprising answers given so many people have already been hospitalized despite widespread availability of the vaxx. Most people would consider far more drastic options like moving to another country or sacrificing one of their family members.

We really can't emphasize enough that this is a horrible disincentive that not only damages the effort to encourage vaccination but also hurts our soul when thinking about thousands of voices crying out in vain when they realize all they had to do in order to get out of watching improv was to put their loved ones and community at risk.
