The vote was 4-3 last month amid metro-wide outcry.
Don't get it twisted. TKC has noted this that "conversion therapy" inflicted on youngsters is nothing less than pseudoscience that can endanger vulnerable people.
Sadly, in the final analysis, protecting the NEXTGEN from intolerant parents can be tricky and we're not certain of low-rent politicos are prepared to navigate this culture war minefield.
