In another FAIL for transparency and local government . . . KCMO didn't offer much notice in drastically changing the way the people watch local government.
To be fair, this only applies to about two or three dozen nerds, low-ranking journalists and www.TonysKansasCity.com.
A few people have noticed the city clerk's website looks like it needs to be renewed . . .

Again, this change news only applies to a few dozen people and all of us already understand that KCMO really doesn't want the public looking at ordinances or how they vote and spend taxpayer money.
