We appreciated this line . . .

"If a solution of some sort is to be found, knowing the history of the region is vital. (Just as U.S. leaders should have known more about the history of Afghanistan before spending 20 years and huge amounts of blood and treasure there.)"

Here at TKC we don't won't pretend to have the answers and our only frame of reference for the Middle-East is an old video from The Clash that remains one of our faves . . . And a good way to start this morning.
