KCPD responded to a deadly shooting on Saturday night.

Homicide 3500 block of Agnes
Tonight at about 7:45pm officers were dispatched to a residence the 3500 block of Agnes on a sound of shots call, while officers were on the way the call was upgraded to a shooting call.
When officers arrived they located a shooting victim on the front porch of a residence there. Officers began rendering aid until EMS arrived and took over. EMS declared the victim deceased here at the scene.
The victim is identified as a JUVENILE TEEN MALE.
Preliminary Investigation indicates the shooting happened in front of the residence. There is no known suspect information at this time.
Detectives are canvassing for witnesses at this time, and crime scene investigators are processing the scene for evidence.
If anyone has any information they are asked to call the Homicide Unit directly at 234-5043 or the TIPS Hotline anonymously at 474-TIPS. There is a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest.
