Police Recover Missing Youngster From Car Stolen In Kansas City

KCPD alert sent out far and wide moments ago . . .

EMERGENCY KIDNAPPING OF JUVENILE/ AMBER ALERT REQUEST

KCPD will be requesting an AMBER alert for a missing/kidnapped 2 year old black female
She was kidnapped at 5:40pm while inside a vehicle that was stolen from the BP station at Linwood and Indiana.

The vehicle stolen is a White 2012 Ford Mustang TX license BCD3598 . . .The suspect is described as a Black Male wearing black hat, red shirt with gold writing and black shorts.

The kidnapped child victim is:

Khalecia K Richards B/F 08-01-2019 

Wearing Yellow Shirt, Grey shorts, white/green/black tennis shoes 

She was in a child seat inside the vehicle.

UPDATE: 

Good news, in partnership with @KCKPDChief the vehicle was located in Kansas City KS a few minutes later the victim was located a short distance away and she is safe. 

She will be reunited with her mother . . .

The search continues for the suspect at this time.
