Activist Outcry Against Kansas City Police Unheard By Feds So Far

Another bold declaration from local urban leaders generated quite a few headlines but very little tangible results.

A report on a recent efforts seems hopeful but tacitly admits a lack of "progress" in an ongoing effort to bring down the KCPD Chief and secure local control.
