Missouri Supreme Court upholds voter-approved Medicaid expansion with unanimous decision

The Missouri Supreme Court issued a unanimous, 14-page ruling Thursday that vacates a circuit court ruling against voter-approved Medicaid health care expansion in the state.The decision by the Supreme Court says expansion does not violate the state constitution's prohibition on voters creating new programs that aren't funded.
