Kansas City Streetcar Art Is For Desperate Creative-Class Sellouts

Just a quick truism for Sunday . . .

Streetcar art is not "art" at all.

Sure, there's some great graphic design and worthwhile promotional efforts . . . But it's not something that'll ever be in a gallery or museum.

This is just a fact of life as the creative-class grow increasingly hopeless just like most Americans with real jobs.

Taking cash from the toy train is great but the money is only a payoff and the work is service of this controversial mode of transit doesn't even have the artistic merit of dogs playing poker.

In fairness, here's a more hopeful view . . .
