"Their has been a lot of discussion this weekend about Chris Gahagan in the Southland because he was previously the attorney for Hickman Mills School District."
As soon as redistricting is settled, he'll likely be a Northland candidate.
There are a few more surprises ahead amid quite a few council members termed out.
