A TKC reader shares this local landmark . . .

"This is the sign on the front of city hall.  I guess be 'kind to homeless' has stopped.

That's correct. Moreover, the gates in front of this public building don't look very welcoming.

But let's not forget that this building that supposedly belongs to the public hasn't garnered visitors from the outside world in more than a year. 

I guess it's more important that places like Target & Walmart that have customers throughout the pandemic. 

Here's the official excuse that nobody is buying.

However . . .

There aren't any significant repairs going on right now and, actually, Mayor Q is making his pitch for budget allocation.
