Critics Denounce Mayor Q's 'Luxury' Kansas City Summer Soiree!!!

Mayor Q has been a tireless advocate for the Kansas City homeless and he has marched arm in arm with Black Lives Matter protesters on local streets. 

However . . .

Reelection campaigns cost money and the astute politico seems to understand that his grassroots activism isn't going to pay the bills.

Accordingly . . . 

MAYOR Q'S MANY CRITICS DECRY AN UPCOMING FANCY PARTY TO FINANCE HIS REELECTION EFFORTS!!!

We snagged the guest list that other "journalists" have politely ignored . . .

A rather KICK-ASS denizen of our blog community offers this snarky hot take . . . 

"I wonder how many of the sponsors live in Kansas. How many of the sponsors are developers feeding at the trough? Maybe we should go and see what kind of appetizers are being served!!! (Mayor) Quinton is living the Country Club life. Do you think any of the sponsors want to defund the police?"

A quick look and cross-check with TKC readers reveals that about 1/3rd of the sponsors are JoCo residents. 

And judging by theses prices . . . None of Mayor Q's financial backers are homeless . . .

Accordingly . . . 

MAYOR Q'S EXPENSIVE SUMMER SOIREE REMINDS US THAT HE STILL HAS A GREAT DEAL OF SUPPORT FROM THE LOCAL ELITE!!!

It would be silly to think otherwise and the Mayor's opponents would do well to study how effective fundraising wins election BEFORE a single ballot is cast.
