Kansas City Court appearance update this morning . . .
Reid appeared just off to the side of his lawyer during the video conference and you could not see his face during the hearing. He is out on $10,000 bond.
He will appear again on Sept. 16 when the judge is expected to set a trial date.

Former Chiefs assistant coach Britt Reid appears in court on DWI charge
Former Chiefs linebackers coach Britt Reid appeared Thursday in a Jackson County courtroom by video, as his driving while intoxicated case moves forward.In the hearing, both Reid's attorney, J.R. Hobbs, and the prosecution agreed they needed more time to prepare their case before setting a trial date.
