Once again we check the latest video message from City Hall that which offers a hopeful peek at their efforts which might not be shared by the vast majority of residents.

KC Water and several other agencies will be at Morning Star Community Church to help customers in need of financial utility assistance.
City Hall will be closed and trash and recycling will be delayed by one day for Independence Day, Monday, July fifth, and The City Planning and Development Department is leading an update of the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
