Thousands of people are without power right now on the Kansas City South Side and into Lee's Summit as the local grid is OBVIOUSLY having trouble keeping up with high demand over the past few sweltering days.
Even worse . . . Technically, it's still not even Summer yet.
Officials promise customers that the juice will be restored before noon as clouds clear and temperatures are expected to climb toward 100 degrees yet again.
