KANSAS CITY FLASHER STRIKES AGAIN IN WALDO!!! DEBATE OVER SUSPECT DESCRIPTION!!!

A debate rages in one of this town's more popular social media groups.

This bit of public info is what started it . . .

"Around 8:00am this morning my girlfriend was walking our dog (around 85th and Madison) when a black man, late twenties/early thirties pulled up in a dark colored compact car and exposed himself while asking for directions. She was pretty shook and unable to get his license plate as she just wanted to get home safely.

"Please be careful this morning. If anyone has any info, or footage from a ring doorbell it would be greatly appreciated. I can't believe this happened right where we live."

Almost immediately there was push back . . .

"That’s terrible. Buuuuut, How is his race relevant, considering your post does not include a description of this guy other than race.....?"

The group was mostly supportive but this observation struck me as funny . . .

"The victim can't give a description of the color the perpetrators pants if he isn't wearing any."

More importantly . . . 

Police have warned about a flasher stalking this part of town and from what we can glean from hundreds of comments . . . His antics are far more widespread than initially reported.

Accordingly . . .

We hope this info helps our friends in this part of town stay safe from a prolific Kansas City creeper who has reportedly ramped up his nasty, unwanted public exhibitionism.
