KANSAS CITY, Kan. - A group calling itself "Justice for Wyandotte" is rallying at city hall, calling for police to form a cold case unit. These are some of the same protesters who helped expose police misconduct and corruption in law enforcement connected to former detective Roger Golubski.
Global Scammers Threaten Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is warning Kansas City residents of a new phone scam. Scammers are calling people in the Kansas City area in attempts to obtain banking information, according to the agency.
Police Looking For This Dude
LENEXA, KS (KCTV) -- Lenexa police are looking for a 26-year-old man who left home in an Uber last Wednesday evening and has not been seen since. The Lenexa Police Department says that 26-year-old Clayton D. Goldbach left home in the 7800 block of Twilight Lane on June 16 around 5 p.m.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Overland Park police are asking for public help locating a man who may have information about a May 24 homicide. Police believe Kyle Anthony Gutierres, 24, has information about the shooting that killed 35-year-old Jeren Hinton of Overland Park in the 8500 block of West 85th Street.
Naming The Dead In The Dotte
KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Family and police have confirmed the name of a teen who was shot and killed outside a Kansas City, Kansas, apartment building over the weekend. Eighteen-year-old Darrin Lamont Fry was killed early Saturday. Police said it stemmed from an argument between two people.
Tragic 1st Responder Story
BONNER SPRINGS, KS (KCTV) -- A 14-year-old boy is dead after he fell from a moving vehicle in Bonner Springs. Police were called about 9:50 a.m. Monday to a parking lot in the 2200 block of South 138th Street. Investigators say two juveniles had been riding on a vehicle driven by another juvenile when one of them fell.
