Olathe North baseball coach under investigation for using racial slur toward Black player
by: Juan Cisneros Posted: / Updated: OLATHE, Kan. - According to Olathe Public Schools, head baseball coach Pete Flood is under investigation for using a racial slur toward a Black student athlete during pre-game batting practice. In a Facebook post, Tony Banks said his son was listening to rap music during pre-game batting practice when Flood approached him and told him to stop.
I don't believe this and even if I did believe it I wouldn't care. Fuck those parents. Talk about black fragility.
ReplyDeleteYes, our perpetual victims and dependents are pissed of again. Big surprise.
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteI don't believe it either.
Who gives a shit?
ReplyDeleteI give a shit and a lot of people give a shit when one of the highest paid teachers in the state has never heard of rap music after 30 years.
ReplyDelete^^^ Excellent point.
ReplyDeleteHave to admit there are certain elements about this story that seem far fetched.
I read the father's heart wrenching plea to cancel the coach. But I did not find any racial slur directed at his son. The coach may have dissed rap music, but so what. He would probably dis high opera too, and live to not regret it. Are blacks now so fragile that they will swoon (or loot) if somebody said Malcolm X was a thug?
ReplyDeleteI doubt that dad's missive tells the whole story. Maybe he majored in journalism back when.
Doubt it.
ReplyDeletewhat did he say that was racisr " hey you" ???
ReplyDeleteGet a Lawyer from the ACLJOOO.
ReplyDeleteSmells like bullshit to me. Let me guess, they are liberals?
ReplyDeleteIf the goddamned nigger would listen he wouldn't have a problem!
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteI hope he didn't say it, but, what I will say this, yet another example of a parent who goes to social media and screams rather than go to the school 1st and ask for an investigation as in this case. They post something, stir up emotions before even talking to the school
race baiting before all the facts are in....
ReplyDeleteListening to rap music, hmmm, i wonder what word is used over and over in it
The most shocking element in this story is that of a black child with a caring father
ReplyDeleteHe said it, it was heard by several other adults. He is known to be a bully towards kids for years. Doesn’t matter if it was said directly to the player or not. The fact that he felt it was ok to use that word is disgusting. All these comments above mine are just as disgusting.

ReplyDeleteIf the news story on channel 4 is correct I think the coach made a significant mistake. However I am tired of the sudden found fragility of the black community when they overwhelmingly use the terms made themselves. I think since this is in a school environment that I suggest the School Board use this as a learning opportunity. Instead of taking the coach's job away he needs to go through some education. I think the student athlete needs it too as it sounds like he is being overly sensitive. I am not justifying the incident but urging another avenue to satisfy both sides.
ReplyDeleteFantastic! A bunch of white, racist geriatric males defending another white, racist male. Who could of guessed! Only on TKC! Too bad, he’s fired and deserves to be. Another piece of shit white dude exposed. That could be chucks CHUD son.
ReplyDeleteCancel Bruce Willis for saying he wants to scream insane when he hears Rap. Cancel all rappers for their racism against melody and subtlety. Prosecute Jay-z for claiming to be a musician, but ignorant of Brahms. Throw the book at em for bad poetry without beauty, thus truth.
ReplyDeleteI’m surprised this kid wasn’t listening to jazz
ReplyDeleteSteph/KAREN.... What other adults and what did he say? Liar.
ReplyDeleteThis guy was fired in the past for sending sexual emails about a players mother. Olathe School District hired him again so this one's on them. He gone.
ReplyDeleteAll these consistent answers from white privileged folk. Wonder what would have happened if he said, turn off your hillbilly overall wearing music and go back to your trailer park. (Spitting out his turd of tobacco) ... Imagine that! Fire his white privileged ass ...
ReplyDeleteThe father accusing the coach of using a racial slur uses Malcom X as his Twitter picture. Let that sink in. Malcom X was the biggest racist of the 20th century. The fact Tony Banks uses Malcom X says it all to me. Ever hear of blacks that hate whites? Yes they exist and there are black racists that have used BLM as leverage. I know one thing, Tony says his child has a scholarship to play college baseball and there's no way I'd want this family associated with my college program. His dad will probably use race if his kids not playing enough. All it took was a few seconds to find his Twitter account and lots of tweets about his son and his Olathe baseball. Malcom X, yep. That's the pot calling the kettle black folks. Being black has become big business and I'm tired of it. His use of Malcom X is racist against me and I think his son should be kicked off the team for promoting such racist historical views.
