Sorry, but if what the report reveals is accurate . . . The school is making the right decision to fire the dude for a lot of reasons but, primarily, because at least a modicum of professionalism is required when teaching youngsters at any level.

Olathe North head baseball coach on administrative leave for remark to student-athlete
Olathe School District officials canceled Olathe North's Friday night varsity baseball game "out of an abundance of caution for student athletes" on the same day the district launched an investigation into the Olathe North head baseball coach. The district said the coach, Pete Flood, was investigated for a "remark" to a student-athlete.
Nothing here. Just fake news..
ReplyDelete^^^ And yet he will be fire for real. Weird.
ReplyDeleteIsn't there a grooming standard for teachers?
ReplyDeleteBullshit story. They better be able to prove it.
ReplyDeleteBullshit except it's the 21st Century.
ReplyDeleteHe said she said?
ReplyDeleteWhat's the coach's side of the story?
It's like Chris Rock said in how not to get your ass kicked by the police.
ReplyDeleteTurn that shit off!!
A chucklowe earned his wings today!
ReplyDelete^^^ you won’t get any wings because you’re a black tranny fag and gos does not approve of your kind, neither does anyone else so...
ReplyDelete^^^ God, stupid phone
ReplyDeleteSome worthless I got a trophy because I’m a “special black boy” and you have to play me because I’m black or I will cry like a little baby and call you racist if you don’t.
ReplyDeleteJust another lie spread by a privileged black who didn’t get his way.
I smell bullshit and there ain't no cows here. Gee maybe I should go on Facebook and have a fit over the things I heard this father saying about the white coach.
ReplyDeleteWell..... what he said was bad but the music... if u call it that is fucking garbage.
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know exactly what he said? Was it "you N*" or was it "I'm tired of that music saying N* this and N* that!" Or was it something else?
ReplyDeleteWould you all share your opinion with Pat Mahomes, like if we were all in the same room? Or just if you were around people who only were 100 % percent like yourself. Are you all from Independence, or are there a few Sugar Creeks in the house. I dont smell a lot of education in the room either. For most of you who have shared your clear awesome thoughts and who have no beating heart,do you think its kind of Loserish to hang out and be a racist in Tonys comment section? Its comical how pitiful folks can be. Im sure if any of you were born black, that youd just be a powder puff huggable bear. Ruthless, all of you
ReplyDeleteExcept the people who have cmented with reason. Which there are some of you here, Thank the Lord, I appreciate you all. But the large majority of you likely become very self- overjoyed when you get to post racist shit, Anonymously. Like, #NotWinningAtAll.
I should add the man is very handsome and does not look like the typical person who would use racist language so Im incredibly confused on that. He so does not look like a heartless racist. He looks like someone whose destiny is to ONLY serve cupcakes in Praire Village
ReplyDeletethe coach should keep is job if the song that was playing contained the n-word.
ReplyDeleteAs a prominent Olathe North alumni and a current teacher in the district many people have spoken to me about this incident. The information I have gathered from several close sources claim this story is not accurate. From the information I gathered, a baseball player who I assume was Nyle was playing uncensored music before the game. Flood came over and told him that he can’t play music that says things like suck my D and _____ this and _____ that. Did he say it? Yes. Was it in the context given in this post? Not from the information I have gotten. Was it racist? I don’t think so. Was it incredibly tone deaf and stupid? Yes absolutely and he should face consequences for saying the word. The N-word should not have been said under any context but after reading this and hearing all the information I was given from multiple sources (that all matched up) this is a fairly inaccurate account.
ReplyDeleteWhy does this Pete Flood guy look like a dude who works at an O'Reilly Auto Parts store?
ReplyDelete11:41, thank you. How, I wonder, would one teach Mark Twain without saying the N word? Do we simply cancel Sam Clemens--Missouri genius who was a life-long abolitionist and anti-war protester-than try to find a way to talk about history without words made taboo?
ReplyDeleteblax fragility, it's real.
ReplyDeleteBut NO Black person ever calls Whitey a name. And Certainly NONE of them say Nigger every other word. Never Racist nor do they commit any crime or are they guilty of anything but just being the best Citizens of the World, exploited and abused by all others. - 24 /7 Agenda Propaganda Media
ReplyDeleteThe coach was out of line and showed be dealt with. That being said so should the students if they were playing music at a school function that had inappropriate language in it. When I was in school I would have been suspended if caught playing such songs and so should the students. The father of the boy who is making all the noise is making it all out to be the coaches fault only using words of God bless you and love while his punk ass brat playing music such as he was. What kid of decent parent allows their child to listen to such music?
ReplyDeleteDude has been fired before in Olathe School district for sending sexual emails about a players mom. He's already been given a second chance. Don't let the door hit ya where the Good Lord split ya. Do feel sorry for his wife and kids though.
ReplyDeleteThe coach should be replaced and given a position as assistant superintendent. The player should be suspended for playing music that normal people find offensive. The players father should be banned from all school activities.
ReplyDelete70 year old boomers are not "the people". Bill Nigro are "the people" and he hates any kind of black music. Surprised Bill Nigro didn't try to bring Square Dancing to Buzzard Beach.
ReplyDeleteReal facts do not support the student. Playing music (that is open to interpretation) that is the typical raunchy lyrics of rap music is inappropriate especially in a school setting. The language used is offensive and vile. I see a quote in a post earlier (11:41 PM) of what the coach supposedly said. Not offensive. I think the parents should indeed be banned from all Olathe School District activities and any colleges offering scholarships or athletic opportunities to this fragile youngster should be alerted to this situation. That will probably kill all his chances except for some ultra small JUCO in western no-where. Lesson learned.
ReplyDelete11:06 AM - Are you really calling black music "black music". All I hear from the current black playlist is a long list of words no one, even you hyper educated sensitive babies under 30, would have used in public just ten years ago. F this F that, her P this I'd do this to her P that. And I don't hardly ever have a conversation anymore with under 40 year olds that isn't "I think like you should like do the thing like you know like you have like before". Yup, you my friend are stupid. I'm saying it. I own it. and yes, I like it.
ReplyDeleteShitty way to take up for that racist Bill Nigro now kindly fuck off.
ReplyDeleteThe kids dad uses Malcom X as his Twitter account picture. Malcom X was the biggest white hater in the 20th century. Racism goes both ways. The fact the father filing the complaint is a Malcom X follower and uses his picture on Twitter should repulse anyone who stands against racism. Tony Banks is repulsive to all races. Malcom X was a disgusting human and anyone who follows him is too.
ReplyDeleteThis is a bullshit story. KMBC better have deep pockets. KMBC reminds me of the local version of CNN and NYT, National piggy banks for conservatives. Sue the balls off of KMBC.
